Explanation of the shock collar and the command:
Shyn is a prisoner, technically. He's....paying off a debt, I suppose, by working odd jobs. He broke L'on's ceiling, when he was trying to ambush him to steal back a locket that L'on stole from him.
This makes no sense. :'D
The command is just what anyone with a high enough rank (kind of a military-ish setting) has to say to activate the shock collar. The 'status' can vary.
